The first phase of public consultations on the update of the West Midlands Economic Strategy is now concluded. Over 500 people attended six events which took place around the region to air their views on what should be included in the updated strategy. Between July and September 2007 individuals and groups will be consulted on the draft strategy and in September the updated strategy will be launched.
