Major retail operation, Fired Earth, chose Arts & Business to help them celebrate their 20th Anniversary in business in a way which reflected their creative heritage and the wide range of interesting materials used to make their products. The outcomes from the collaboration have exceeded expectations and brought the company and its workforce closer to the community in which they function and encouraged staff to look afresh at their product as well as envisaging new applications including developing their own artistic interpretations. The artists involved in the project have risen to the challenges proffered and taken away new ideas and contexts for their work.
