Two years hard work by the Regional Observatory and many of the regions major organisations has been brought together to produce this comprehensive report. The findings provide data which many organisations in both the private and the public sectors will find invaluable in planning future policies. The Report, which was welcomed by The Right Hon Nick Raynsford MP, Minister of State for Local Government and the Regions, also highlights gaps in knowledge which the partner organisations need to address.
