Birmingham Business Breakfast Club

Business Clubs have been around for a long time but over the past 20 years have become more focused on facilitating members doing real business rather than enjoying a long lunch! The Birmingham Business Breakfast Club, amongst the longest standing, has been hosting meetings of the members of the Midlands business community for over 20 years. The Club has moved from a core attendance of around 30-40 to a more structured event which sometimes attracts over 100 attendees. Meetings are held in or near to Birmingham City Centre on the second Wednesday of the month starting at 0700 hours but concluding at 0900 hours to enable those attending to be back in their office or out doing business without eating too much into the business day. Happily given the early hour the tone is relaxed and informal. Those attending have an opportunity to promote themselves and to introduce guests who are invited to briefly promote themselves and hopefully become members in their own right. Each meeting hears from a different guest speaker and the range of subjects covered is wide but always relevant to doing business in the region. Members agree that despite the range of communication channels available through new technology you still cannot beat meeting face to face.
